Hollywood Dreamer

My model was a mail carrier, but with her beauty, I imagined her trying out for "American Idol," or becoming an actress. She was so flattered by the painting that she didn't want to be paid for modeling. I offered her the painting, but she said her mother and husband would make fun of her. And, if she found out her "grandbaby" was posing for an artist, her grandmother would lock her up after work!

Oil, 8" x 10." Two-inch soft gold rounded frame.
