Marshland
September in Massachusetts brings outstanding color. We stopped beside the road to look at this late afternoon vision of the sea and sand coming inland. Marshes like this are common there, and beautiful scenes were present with every corner we turned. This is just north of Beverly, where my daughter and grandchildren live.
