I collect both old and new Chinese objects, and here, I assembled them for a still life. My roses were in bloom, and their colors echo the smaller paintings on the porcelain pot and lid. With the scarf and tray as a background, the last touch was the tiny dragon.
Framed in an 18" x 22" antique gold, semi-ornate frame.
